Giga Bot is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License included in the repository.

3. Use of the Software

You may use Giga Bot for any lawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the actions taken by your Giga Bot instance, including any AI-generated content, automated actions, API calls, and GitHub Actions triggered by your configuration. Gignaati is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the software.

4. Third-Party Services

Giga Bot integrates with third-party services including LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, PragatiGPT), GitHub, Telegram, and Docker. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. Gignaati is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

5. API Keys and Secrets

You are responsible for the security of all API keys, tokens, and secrets used with Giga Bot. Store secrets only as encrypted GitHub Actions secrets or in .env.local files that are excluded from version control. Never commit secrets to public repositories.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Giga Bot is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Gignaati makes no warranties regarding the software's fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gignaati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Giga Bot.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
